Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish/English) Order Processor to accurately process customer orders, support sales operations, and provide excellent service to English- and Spanish-speaking customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly across departments and with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the order management system
Communicate with customers in English and Spanish via phone, email, and written correspondence
Verify pricing, product availability, shipping details, and payment information
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Resolve order discrepancies, backorders, returns, and customer inquiries
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Generate order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documentation
Follow company procedures and quality standards
Provide general administrative support as needed
Required Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or administrative support
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
